Real Estate Huntsville/Madison AL Information On How Much Buyer's Own Money To Purchase 100,000 Home

I wanted to share with you an Estimated Closing Statement on purchasing a home at  $100,000 here in the Huntsville/Madison area.  I am using a home purchase with an FHA loan at 4.75% interest rate and close within 30 days.  $500 is needed for earnest money which is credited back to you at the closing table. You will also need $450 to pay for the appraisal which is non-refundable and this money is usually needed about 2 weeks into the loan process.  Your down payment will be around $3500 and a lock in fee $750.  (There are programs that will help with this down payment or the money can be gifted to you.) This will put your estimated payment at $685 with taxes and insurance included.  Buyer closing cost can be estimated at less than $4300 with pre-paids and escrow fees but we would have to ask the seller to pay the buyer closing cost.
